Avoid applying chemicals to your body
Seeing stretch marks on our body, we can quickly jump into some immediate solutions not caring about future problems. This kind of human nature often lands us in wrong path. Addition to it, markets are full of cosmetics claiming to solve any skin problem even scar and stretch marks. Our hesitancy and insufficient knowledge about our skin make the situations worst. We all know chemicals are dangerous and cause lots of pollution in nature but you will amazed to see many people going for chemically based cosmetics for their skin, thinking that this way they can cure themselves quickly.
No and never to chemicals
Chemicals are harmful. Many cosmetics products manufactured include ingredients that make them cool, nice, inexpensive skin friendly remarks on the products. But in reality most of them are fake. They mostly misguide the customers. Some even put label ‘natural’ in their product to attract the customer. Skin care products with chemical ingredients such as emulsifiers, which interfere with your skin's capacity to breathe can be very harmful to your skin. Instead of reducing the stretch marks, it may create another.
Maintain hygiene
The best way to keep your skin healthy is by keeping it clean and eating balance diet regularly. Cleanse your skin every day. Avoid use of harsh soap or shampoo and massage your skin regularly. Wear cotton or silk clothing. Avoid synthetic and woolen fabrics that often cause itching. Changes inner wear regularly. Ensure your office or home have airy environment. Ventilate rooms in both winter and summer and add a humidifier in the winter months.
Nature care
Mother nature has so many things hidden within herself that you cannot even imagine. Herbal and natural products are the best solution for your skin. These products work slow to act but they ensure good health with no side effect. Chemical products provide faster solution but come up with side effect later on. Stretch marks are some of the side effect due to excessive use of chemical products. Try to avoid chemical based cosmetics as much as possible instead go for herbal products, which are easily available in every cosmetic shop. Consult your dermatologist if you have any problems.
